What to Expect When You Begin Care

Starting something new with your health can feel both hopeful and uncertain. At Everwell, care begins with time, attention, and clarity- so you always know what comes next.

Your Initial Visit

Your first visit is a comprehensive, 75-minute consultation.

This is where we step back and look at the full picture-how your symptoms connect, and what may be driving them.

We’ll review:

  • your health history and current concerns

  • patterns in sleep, energy, hormones, and metabolism

  • lifestyle factors that may be contributing

You’ll leave with:

  • a clearer understanding of what may be driving your symptoms

  • a personalized starting plan

  • guidance on next steps

01

Your Plan

Rather than changing everything at once, we focus on a few key areas that are most likely to make an impact.

This may include:

  • nutrition and protein support

  • sleep and nervous system regulation

  • hormone and metabolic support

  • foundational supplements (when appropriate)

The goal is to create a plan that feels clear, realistic, and designed to work in real life.

02

Working in Phases

Most symptoms don’t resolve in a single visit.

Care at Everwell is approached in phases, so we can:

  • implement changes gradually

  • observe how your body responds

  • adjust you plan over time

Many patients begin with a structured 6-8 week phase of care, where we refine your plan and build momentum.

03

When We Go Deeper

If your symptoms aren’t responding as expected-or if our history suggests a deeper layer- we may consider more advanced testing.

This is always done thoughtfully and only when it adds value.

When needed we may explore more advanced testing, such as:

  • hormone mapping

  • gut health assessment

  • metabolic markers

These insights allow us to refine your care with greater precision.

04

Ongoing Support

As you body responds, your plan evolves.

Some patients transition into ongoing care for:

  • continued refinement

  • lab interpretation

  • long-term optimization

Others feel comfortable continuing on their own with periodic check-ins.

Your care continues to evolve as you do.
