About the Provider

Everwell Integrative Health was founded by Cindi Tripp, MSN, APRN, WHNP-BC, a women’s health nurse practitioner with advanced training in integrative and functional medicine.

With over 16 years of clinical experience, Cindi has supported women through every stage of life, with a special focus on hormonal balance, gut health, chronic fatigue, metabolic health, and inflammation-driven conditions. Her approach looks beyond isolated symptoms to understand how stress, lifestyle, nutrition, and physiology intersect-allowing care to be thoughtful, thorough, and truly individualized.

Her work blends evidence-based medicine with the root-cause framework of functional medicine, giving women the time, context, and personalized care they deserve.

Outside of clinic, Cindi finds joy in time with her family, morning coffee, watching her children's sporting events, traveling, and staying curious about the human body. She values daily movement, lifelong learning, and caring for her own health with the same intention she brings to her patients.

She brings both heart and clinical excellence to every encounter- and believes deeply that healing begins with feeling heard.

Why Everwell Exists

I’ve spent most of my life navigating a body that didn’t follow the rules.

Hashimoto's at ten.
Type 1 diabetes at twenty.
Vitiligo in my thirties.
And now, in my forties, perimenopause-just like so many of the women I care for.

On paper, I was always healthy.
I exercised.
I ate well.
I took care of myself.
I knew the labs, the science, the guidelines.

And still-
I felt unheard.
Misunderstood.
Dismissed. Given pieces of a puzzle, but never the full picture.

Autoimmune disease became the quiet undercurrent in my life —always present, rarely addressed in a way that felt complete.

Then my daughter was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s at the same age I was.
That was the moment everything shifted.

I wasn’t just a clinician anymore.
I was a mother searching for answers I never received.

It led me deeper-
into root-cause medicine,
into the layers often overlooked: gut health, inflammation, stress, nutrient depletion, blood sugar, hormones-and how deeply they’re all connected.

And, as I entered perimenopause myself, it became even more personal.
The sudden changes.
The restless nights.
The emotional edges no one warns you about.
The feeling that your body is shifting faster than you can keep up.

Women need a place to land. To feel heard.
To be seen fully-hormonally, metabolically, emotionally.

Everwell was created from that realization.

A place where science meets listening.
Where evidence meets empathy.
Where complexity is welcomed, not dismissed.

So women no longer have to navigate their symptoms alone-
but can finally understand what their bodies have been asking for.
