Program Fees & Medication Costs
Program Fee
The 12-week Metabolic Program is offered as a self-pay program with a flat program fee that covers clinical review, eligibility screening, asynchronous support, dose oversight, and care coordination throughout the 12-week period.
$275 monthly for 3 months, then
$125 monthly for those who desire and meet criteria for maintenance
The program fee is separate from Everwell’s comprehensive integrative care services and does not include in-depth hormone, gut, or autoimmune evaluation unless otherwise arranged.
Medication Costs
GLP-1 medications, when prescribed, are not included in Everwell’s program fee and are paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy. Medication costs vary based on formulation, dose, and individual response.
As a general estimate, compounded GLP-1 mediations may range from approximately $250-$500 per month. Exact medication costs will be reviewed after clinical evaluation prior to prescribing.
